The MIB Alumni community is coming back home! 🏠

On 17 October, Palazzo Ferdinandeo will once again bring together MIB Alumni from different programs, generations, countries and professional paths.

This year, the stage belongs to them.

The program will explore some of the issues shaping business and careers today, from geopolitical fragmentation to AI, through the voices and experiences of MIB Alumni.

And, of course, time to reconnect, exchange ideas and simply be together again.

The day will also include the MIB Alumni Association Annual Assembly, the announcement of the new Governing Council and the traditional Social Dinner.

Trieste has always been a meeting point between different cultures, markets and regions of Europe.

Its position between Central Europe, the Mediterranean and the Balkans is reflected in the classrooms of MIB Trieste too.

This Fall, the MBA in International Business and the Master in Insurance & Risk Management will bring together students from Italy and around the world.

From Colombia to Vietnam, Kenya to Canada, Serbia to South Korea: different backgrounds, experiences and ways of thinking become part of everyday learning.

The 2026 X-Culture Global Business Week has come to an end.

The final presentations featured international student teams showcasing their solutions to real business challenges proposed by partner companies, including Generali, Barilla, Modiano, Fondazione ITS, Associazione Caffè Trieste and Genuino.

A week of collaboration between X-Culture and the University of Trieste, held in Trieste at MIB Trieste School of Management, connecting global talent, academic perspectives and local businesses.

Congratulations to all students, faculty members, partner companies and organizers for making this edition a success!

The 2026 X-Culture Global Business Week has officially begun in Trieste.

More than 150 students from 36 countries have come together for an intensive week of international teamwork, company challenges and cross-cultural exchange.

After weeks of virtual collaboration, they are now meeting in person, sharing their expectations and preparing to work on real business cases proposed by companies from the region.

The opening session featured Prof. Donata Vianelli, Rector of the University of Trieste; Dr. Vasyl Taras, Founder of X-Culture; Prof. Andrea Tracogna, Full Professor at the University of Trieste and Dean of MIB Trieste School of Management; together with other members of the international faculty.

È il dato chiave della terza edizione dello 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐥'𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐨 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐜𝐨 𝐝𝐢 𝐁𝐀𝐓 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞, realizzato dal team di ricerca di MIB Trieste School of Management con l'Università degli Studi di Trieste.

Un lavoro firmato da Michele Bertoni, Romeo Danielis e Alberto Dreassi, che quest'anno amplia l'analisi oltre l'impatto diretto per misurare anche gli 𝐞𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐢, integrando per la prima volta una componente qualitativa basata sulle testimonianze di fornitori e istituzioni del territorio.
