Sometimes we need a little reminder, at least I do,

“What would happen if a rose tried to be an Oak tree? Or a bumblebee thought it had to be a lion in order to survive. We would be lacking in the diversity of species, and these living things would not be thriving because they were not in their natural atmosphere. You may notice that someone is trying to fit in today but may not be doing a good job at acting the part they think they are meant to play. Encourage this person to feel comfortable in your presence, even if they are different. There is no reason for you or anyone else to feel they need to be the same.”
