Our HANDBOOK is now available in English also on SALTO-YOUTH platform! 💚

WHAT IS SALTO?

SALTO-YOUTH is a network of seven Resource Centres working on European priority areas within the youth field.

As part of the European Commission's Training Strategy, SALTO-YOUTH provides non-formal learning resources for youth workers and youth leaders and organizes training and contact-making activities to support organizations and National Agencies within the frame of the European Commission's Erasmus+ Youth programme, the European Solidarity Corps, and beyond.

After three amazing years our project is coming to an end. Thanks to the Erasmus+ programme and the financial support of European Commission our volunteers travelled half the world to live their lifetime experiences in completely different environments, our 8 true warriors and genuine global citizens: Sagar, Leo, Hien, Goncalo, Camila, Elena, Simon and Lila 🤩 and our beloved Mike and Irene who never departed due to pandemic, but yet put their heart in everything we did online.

We made workshops and made friendships, we fell in and out of love, we created great things together, we had fun and laughed while working, we found a million ways to get over all the challenges (including the "C-word") together. Three long years full of amazing people all around the globe! 🫂

Viva the global citizenship and we only get started💚
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone who followed us on this way, we wish you cozy and peaceful holiday around your families🎄

🌍 A project dissemination meeting was held yesterday at the Bookique Trento .

✨ Anya, the creator, explained the founding values and how the project works to 34 boys and girls.

🌍 The same young people then divided into teams and challenged each other on global citizenship issues through the Jeopardy game. Team Mammoth won the final prize!

✨ It was a wonderful experience, made rich thanks to so many active young people interested in global citizenship.

🌍 Special thanks also to the teams of Associazione InCo, ESN Trento - Erasmus Student Network and Civico13 - Lo Sportello Giovani del Trentino.
