On December 12nd 2023 we had the final transnational meeting of the project Housing Care. We were hosted in Teramo (Italy) by the partner Italia Salute. All partners coordinated by Ilmiofuturo participated. Yesterday the Italian Multiplier Event was held in Teramo with the great participation of students and some representatives. Over the intervention of our project managers Palma Bertani Fabrizio Coccetti Enrique Del Río Villanueva, there were also the contributions of Giampiero Ledda, Roberto Falò, Manuela Divisi, Sandro Rosiglioni, the Bishop of Teramo-Atri Lorenzo Leuzzi and of some policy makers. The project has been appreciated both for the innovative project results and its mission: to enhance care workers' human-digital skills to improve their working conditions and relationships with clients. We received excellent feedback and we are very proud of that.

At our Transnational Partner Meeting this week in Teramo, Italy...for a short while the focus was turned to the project team. We were interviewed on our roles, thoughts and learnings while participating in the Housing Care Project. Although Erasmus + projects are predominately created and focused on equipping and empowering our target groups (in this case VET educators and Care workers) it is also important to reflect on the enhancements and learnings that occur within the project team. As a consortium, we gained valuable knowledge on the profile of care workers in our regions and the differences between some nations. We also enhanced our collaboration and project management skills and importantly we built friendships.

All project partners are gathering in Teramo,Italy today for our final project meeting! The www.housingcare.net
project is coming to an end and now we must ensure our resources are the best quality possible and it is time to SHARE them with the relevant stakeholders across Europe ( ).
Each country is organising a multiplier event where they will share and promote the project and its resources so that the community can benefit from our work, and can gain the skills and knowledge they require in digitalisation for AAL (ambient assisted living) and consequently we aim to enable our senior communities to live autonomously or semiautonomously for longer.

Our aim is to empower Care workers of the seniors in our communities with the digital skills to work in this field.

Happy ...this week we launched our WBL Toolkit and it is available in English, Italian, Danish & Spanish. This digital toolkit contains a set of useful tools for designing and implementing hands-on learning activities directed to Care Workers and to be implemented in a work-based pathway. It will include suitable content, activities, and tools for their VET trainers so that they can support the care workers through-out this learning experience.

The Housing Care Project partners are currently in Madrid for an important Transnational meeting. Here they are spending time making final amendments to our (about to be released) WBL (Work Based Learning) Toolkit. This digital toolkit contains a set of useful tools for designing and implementing hands-on learning activities directed to Care Workers and to be implemented in a work-based pathway.
It will include suitable content, activities, and tools for their VET trainers so that they can support the care workers through-out this learning experience.

We will release soon our Toolkit named "A Human Digit, work-based learning toolkit" in which you'll find all the tools useful to design and implement work-based learning pathways to enhance ICT competencies in care workers. It wull be available in different language and downloadable on our project website.

These are some pictures taken during our LTTA in Madrid. We had a very intense week, working hard to train the Tutors of the approaching WBL path. We had different session about the use of technology, new skills foundamental in health field, exploring apps and devices that can be easily used by seniors and their care workers.
Nevetheless we spent a great time together, enjoying the warm and sunny Spanish weather.
