The table is set, the aroma of fresh ingredients fills the air, and I'm ready to transport your taste buds to the sunny shores of Sicily! 🌞

- "A tavula è trazzera" translates to "The table is a shortcut" in English. In the past, great reliance was placed on proverbs. Although their influence has diminished over time, they still remain excellent examples to draw upon if one wishes to better understand our beautiful land. That's why we want to talk to you about "A tavula è trazzera". The translation is simple: "The table is a shortcut". The 'trazzera', in fact, is a country path and, in a broader sense, a shortcut. The Sicilian proverb teaches us that at the table, it is easier to approach, establish business relationships, get to know each other better, and shorten distances.
