Inner Landspace Cultivating Purpose One Element at a Time 🌱🔥🌊🌬️🌌

What if the thing you've been resisting
was actually the doorway?

What if the ending you didn't choose,
the change that arrived before you were ready, was not a derailment, but a direction?

What if impermanence, the very fact that nothing lasts, was not the wound, but the teacher?

What if standing fully in the unknown,
in the ephemeral, in the turning light,
was the most alive you have ever felt?

This retreat is built on that question.

As I'm about to enter another trip around the sun, I'm reflecting on my 34th year. There are so many people and places that made it so special. You know who you are! I had the opportunity to travel to Ireland (twice!), Paris, California, Spain, Northern Norway, Bali and I'm probably forgetting other places. I moved from Rome to a lake between Milan and Switzerland, which has its own crazy story. I hosted 2 retreats. I walked 115 KM of the Camino de Santiago in 5 days. I am feeling beyond blessed to have had all of these beautiful possibilities and to have all the amazing humans I have in my life.
I hope that 35 will be even more adventurous and fun, full of laughter, love, growth, and spontaneity. I'm here for it! 🙌✨️💕🦋🥳

There are no words or images that can truly capture the feeling of Bali and what emerged from 7 days of Bali Soulscape: An Elemental Journey. ✨

From the very first evening, we created something sacred together. We opened the week with a flower mandala ceremony, sharing our intentions openly without knowing one another yet, but all with the similar hope of reconnecting to themselves and nature, and learning practices they can bring home with them when life becomes overwhelming.

Over seven days we traveled through Five Elements: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, and Space. Each one asking something different of us, each one revealing something we hadn't expected to find.

We slowed down. We went inward. We explored our inner landscapes: our roots, our shadows, our emotions, our stories, our purpose. We wrote, colored, moved, and sat in silence together. We did shadow work and found the gold hidden inside it. We wrote letters to ourselves, weeded out limiting beliefs and planted seeds of hopes and dreams. We discovered our Soulscapes.

We had our own private yoga shala and pool at the Sanctuary Zone where led us through the most beautiful intuitive and somatic flow each morning 🧘‍♀️

We immersed ourselves in the sacred springs of Tirta Empul, one of Bali's most ancient water temples, praying, releasing, and allowing the water to cleanse what we were ready to let go of. 🙏

And on our final evening, we closed with a sacred fire ceremony. Each of us offered our limiting beliefs, our fears, and everything we were ready to release into the flames. And watched as fire did what fire does best: transformed it all into light.

What came home with each of us is something no caption can hold.

If you feel called to journey through a sacred space like this, my next retreat is in Southern Italy 🇮🇹 August 29 – September 4. Send me a message or find the link in my bio. I would love to journey with you.

She watched her mother buried at 6 and her father at 21. Never did she imagine that at 27 she would stand at the edge of her husband’s coffin, whispering goodbye to a love taken away much too young and too soon.

It was the first day of winter, 2018. The day the light starts to return, one almost unnoticeable minute at a time.

I didn’t know it then, but that day was both an ending and a beginning, the moment my heart chose to keep living, even with a crack running through it, like the sun promising to rise again after the longest night.

Later that day, the sky unfolded into a breathtaking palette of color. It felt like both a soft hello and goodbye, as if the universe were painting one last love letter across the horizon, reminding me that love does not disappear; it changes form and keeps finding new ways to touch the earth.

Seven years later, I look back at that 27‑year‑old widow and see the first fragile glow of a new chapter, like the sun slowly reclaiming the sky after the solstice, asking for patience as the days grow longer.

Grief was my longest night, but that sunset was my first proof that light would return. And it did 💫 I was held by an outpouring of love for me, and for Matteo, that I will never forget. 🙏

Rome 🇮🇹🥳👯‍♂️💗 | Part 3

What made Rome even more special than witnessing its empty streets during Covid or passing so many milestones over the last five years were the people I met along the way.

The new and deep friendships. And yes, it is possible in your 30s.

In April 2024, a friend and I started a writing group, the Rome chapter of Shut Up & Write (a non-profit based out of San Francisco). I had no idea how much it would grow. It didn’t happen overnight, but little by little, it became the most beautiful surprise. Just like Rome wasn't built in a day 😉

What started as weekly meetups at a local café turned into a close-knit community. We went to events together, hosted house parties, and celebrated holidays side by side. My going-away party was a toga party, and they truly showed up, costumes and all.

From old friends who came to visit, to new ones who became lifelong, I will never forget a single person who crossed my path. I love you all so much and I am eternally grateful for the time we got to spend together in the Eternal City 🫶

Rome 🇮🇹🎂📚👩‍🎓 | Part 2

Two days after I moved to Rome, I received my acceptance to Columbia University for an MA in Psychology, with a concentration in Spirituality, Mind, and Body. A couple months later, my 30th birthday.

It turned into a truly transformational chapter. Over the next two years, I dove into Positive Psychology, Mind-Body Medicine, Somatic Leadership, Archetypal Symbolism, and more. Lots of studying, lots of inner work, and plenty of growing along the way.

So many milestones in a short span of time. A new city. A new decade. A degree that quietly reshaped how I see myself and the world. Different versions of me, all unfolding at once.

Between the books, the thesis, the laughter, and the learning, Rome held all of it for me.

Stay tuned for part 3 😎

Rome 🇮🇹🌆🏛🚗 | Part 1

Just around 5 years ago, I uprooted my life and moved from the small city of Bologna, where I had been living for almost 10 years, to one of the most beautiful and chaotic cities I have ever experienced.

Though it wasn’t chaotic when I arrived.
It was empty.

Rome was still deeply affected by Covid. People weren’t traveling, and I had the rare privilege of seeing the Colosseum, the Forum, the Trevi Fountain, the Vatican, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps, and endless streets without people.

I was able to notice the details. What struck me most was how the green spaces blended effortlessly with the ancient buildings. Ivy climbing old stone walls. Trees rising beside ruins. Nature and history, breathing together.

I knew it wouldn’t last. One day, Rome would be full again.
So I took it all in. Slowly. Reverently.

I even walked to the top of St. Peter’s Basilica, knowing I would probably never do it once the crowds returned.
