It’s been a minute or perhaps even 4 years! I finally got this IG account back and want to let you know I’m planning to teach in Thailand (Chiang Mai) for several weeks or longer February. If you’re interested, please contact me here. I’m likely to head to Bali for a 3-4 weeks after that as well.

Happy to share that I'll be in beautiful Ibiza and Formentera to offer small Mysore-style classes in late May/early June.

In addition to morning practice, there will be a theoretical session focused on yoga tristhana (the internal practice) and a Q & A session.
Ibiza: MAY 24/25/26th at the beautiful Ashtanga Yoga Ibiza
Formentera: MAY 29-JUNE 2
The 5 day session in Formentera will be in a small, private shala.

I really enjoy sharing and clarifying much of what was learned directly from KP Jois and Sharath back in the days of small classes, and of course, from the many years of practice itself.

Two more weeks left... !
We still hear that ashtangis around town and in Bali (not in our own network) are surprised to learn about our Mysore class! Next month actually marks 20 years since the first of these seasonal classes, slowly and organically building a presence and seasonal community in Ubud. We’ve always been happy doing our own thing, but decided to share this since last year to help support a friend’s new shala in Ubud. **Two authorized Levell II teachers, both long term/direct students of Sri KP Jois and Sharath, in a supportive and respectful learning environment **
Monday thru Friday @7 AM All levels of Mysore-style are welcome.

20 years of teaching in Bali! Our seasonal, traditional Mysore-style class in Ubud resumes on December 10, through April (possibly May) in ’s lovely space again. We offer a practice environment that is traditional,supportive and friendly with two authorized Level II, long-term, direct students of Sri KP Jois and Sharath. All levels are welcome. For those new to the traditional practice, a one-week minimum is required.

Nearly finished in Mountain View, Ca. Our annual migratory pattern circles back to Ubud, Bali where our morning Mysore-style class resumes from December 10 thru April/early May.

Any level of practice is welcome, beginning to advanced. For anyone who is new to the traditional practice/style, we require a 5-consecutive class commitment.
