Our Transition class has been busy with their phonics! The children are growing in confidence as they solidify their knowledge of letter recognition and formation, write their own names, and begin reading. Through the many different activities available during continuous provision, they’re given a variety of ways to explore and approach the world of phonics.

Great news for our community!

We are delighted to share that Affinitas Education has signed a new academic partnership with ESCP Business School, regarded as the world's first business school (founded in 1819) and ranked 4th among Europe's best business schools according to the Financial Times ranking. With more than two centuries of academic excellence and a presence across six European campuses, ESCP is today one of the most prestigious institutions on the continent, with outstanding international reach.

Thanks to this collaboration, our students interested in ESCP's degree programmes will have access to specific information and guidance for their applications, as well as access to summer experiences and programmes focused on entrepreneurship and leadership. The partnership also strengthens support for university and career guidance at our schools.

Furthermore, leadership teams will be able to access ESCP's executive education programmes, further strengthening the leadership that drives our students' education.

Another step forward in preparing our students for a future without borders!

Introducing the Affinitas Enrichments Programme.

One of the most powerful things about being part of a network of schools is what becomes possible between them.

This week marks the first edition of the Affinitas Enrichments Programme, a new initiative designed to connect students across our network through experiences that go beyond the classroom.

7 students from Base International School, Xàbia International College, and Yago School Sevilla are travelling to Kenya for a 7-day volunteering experience, led by teachers from Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada.

Their mission: support local education, immerse in Kenyan culture, and take on a real-world challenge: selling 300 handmade baskets crafted by women entrepreneurs in the Gatanga community.

This is what the Affinitas network makes possible: turning students who might never have met into change-makers working toward something that really matters.

More to come.
