I grew up close to the mountains, which meant I could go hiking almost every weekend. For me, spending time in nature is a way to recharge, clear my mind, and reconnect with myself.

Even though I now live in the city, I still try to walk whenever I can instead of taking the metro. I know that's not always possible with our busy lives, but even a simple walk helps me stay active and keeps my mind clear.

Every step counts.

I recently started bouldering and quickly realised it's the perfect summer activity. The climbing gyms stay cool and comfortable even on hot days, making them a great escape from the heat. It's also a fun way to spend time with friends and meet new people. I love that it combines problem-solving with physical movement, as every route feels like a puzzle to solve. It's challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable. Try it out!

The project “Traditional Games to Foster Youth Civic Engagement’’ – JUVENTAS – is a Capacity Building in the field of Youth project founded by the Erasmus Plus programme.

The project "LeadHerGame" is an Erasmus+ Sport project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme that focuses on promoting gender equality and strengthening women's leadership in sport governance across Europe🇪🇺

LeadHerGame involves partners from six different European countries, respectively Italy, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, and Lithuania🌍

The project aims to achieve the following objectives:

Promote gender mainstreaming through Equality Action Plans for sports organisations🗣️

Increase the visibility of women in sport through awareness and media campaigns.🏀

Strengthen women's leadership through training and networking opportunities 💪
