IBFA OFFICIAL STATEMENT:
To Whom It May Concern: In 2011, Mr. Martyn Yates Brown, former IBFA competitor and Universe winner, starts the british IBFA UK Associaton affiliated to IBFA International, est.1999, President Biagio Filizola.
Until 2025 when Mr. Brown resigned for health issues. the relationships have been collaborative and friendly.
Last year, the local IBFA Mr. Wales organizator appointed himself National President, and registered in bad faith the acronym IBFA in Britain.
As a result, of this fraudolent action, the legitimate IBFA is not authorized to use the name it created in the United Kingdom.
We start legal actions to oppose this. Unfortunately, these practices take time, Kyle Vice legitimate representative of IBFA International in England and Great Britain (honorary president Kenneth Brown), was forced to rename his federation continuing the association with IBFA, Thank You.
