This morning’s check in from Masters athlete Carrianne Ward, who will be making her Fit Model debut this weekend with 2 BP Events NPC

Carrianne was already in prep when she joined us, but we didn’t want to rush her into a show before she was ready. We chose shows a little later in the season, giving us more time to get her into shape without having to push the cut too aggressively, making sure the final look properly met the Fit Model criteria

This morning’s check in pictures from Fit Model athlete Taylor Olivia, one week out from her stage debut at 2 BP Events NPC and two weeks out from Olympia Amateur Eastern Europe in Romania 🇷🇴

Taylor is now around 2kg down since the last physique update, bringing her very close to nailing the signature fit model look, perfectly balancing condition and fullness

After speaking to judges at each show, we’ve taken feedback on board and made a tweak to Becca’s front shot, rotating a touch more and sitting further into the hip, to make the waist smaller. It has improved the look and we’re excited to bring the best package yet to the Olympia Amateur Eastern Europe in 2 weeks

Waking up at 49.0kg this morning, she’s ready to start loading as we head into the final 3 days before NPC/IFBB Nashville Fit Show 🚀

She’ll be competing in the Over 40s, Over 35s and Open class
