Small group Cooking Classes are conducted in Laura’s place, located in the Vatican Area. You will prepare authentic Italian dishes following the traditions passed down from her grandmother. During the cooking classes you will get all the secrets to cook authentic Italian recipes using all the key ingredients of Italian cooking. At the same time, you’ll be learning some Italian or English from the other students. You will learn how to make a perfect Italian sauce, home-made pasta, and many others Italian delicacies while sipping a glass of great wine, listening to background music and enjoying a laugh or two…Laura is a well experienced cook.
