Rome Model European Union (RoMEU) 2018 This is the official application form for RoMEU 2018, which will take place di Diritto Internazionale (International Law Department) Universitá La Sapienza, Rome 23 - 25 October 2018.

It is official! MUN Academy has transformed into MUN , a more lively platform already at work to create three new exciting international events in the next eigtheen months. Stay tuned for more.

💡Breaking News: MUN SIT shall soon transform into a new platform: Model United Nations ( ) or Model International Organizations ( ), under the umbrella of SIT - Social innovation teams. The new programme, MUN , will include renewed events during 2018 and 2019, with great opportunities both in terms of experience and involvement in the international field.

A special thanks to those who attended the yesterday's event at Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata where Global Governance BA students presented their reports on activities in Committee on World Food Security - CFS 44.
The students had a fruitful debate with the newly elected CFS Chair, H.E. Ambassador Mario Arvelo Caamaño, on CFS activities and challenges. MUN Academy is looking forward to further collaborating with the CFS and to foster youth engagement in the International System.

On the occasion of the tomorrow's event organized together with the Global Governance BA of Unitorvergata, MUN Academy will present the Report on Activities of Youth involvement in the Committee on World Food Security - CFS.
We will talk about the participation of FareAmbiente - Movimento Ecologista Europeo and MUN Academy, with the support of the students of B.A. in Global Governance, in the following workstreams: SDGs, Urbanization and Rural Transformation Women's empowerment.
The newly elected Chair of the Committee on World Food Security, H.E. Ambassador Mario Arvelo Caamaño, will attend the event and will give a speech.

One concrete example on how 2016 was a successful experience. This year, MUN Academy replicates with Università La Sapienza by organising a second edition of the first Rome Model European Union. It's free and it will take place on 4 - 6 December.

Our president Riccardo Mazzucchelli presented the activities and plans of the organization, and highlighted the importance of the availability and harmonization of data to shape policies at the global, regional and local level.

Today, a delegation from MUN Academy attended the side event 'Counting the Beans - Affording a healthy diet and nutritious food'. Among the speakers, Katarzyna Dembska, Researcher at Fondazione BCFN, highlighted the importance of a good food distribution in all regions of the world. She further claimed that food waste is the biggest missed opportunity to feed those who are hungry.
