This is my studio,my secret space where i paint 🎨and create my designs,playing with colours, 🌈inks ✒️and pens…And the 💫magic comes true.🤗 you can find the results in vioshop.it..

Vio’s Cooking porcini mushroom timbale: Recipe:🍂
500 gr rice
1 onion
400 gr porcini mushrooms
200 gr butter
200 gr parmigiano cheese
Drop of white wine
800ml stock
300 ml cream

Pour the rice
In a pan and fry with butter and grated onion, add salt and pepper
Then pour a splash of white wine , then add mushroom stock and let slowly cook till the water evaporates. At this point add mushrooms
Then add grated parmesan and cream
Now insert the rice in a round spring form
Bake in the oven for 15 min. Then reverse up side down,decorate and serve.

For the mushrooms:
Fry in a pan the porcini mushrooms cut into pieces with butter, salt , pepper,
when cooked pour a drop of cognac
Then add to the rice. Keep some for the decoration. Around the rice
You can add a little beshamel sauce in the middle of the ring and grate some mushrooms inside.

My lemon 🍋 theme dinner for a beautiful dinner party in Mykonos on the iconic Christina O” boat⛴
Due to meltemi wind we had to set inside. Love the green and yellow match and the freshness of the atmosphere. My hand painted menu cards and the real lemons as place cards give a very lemony garden sensation.
