Ciao. My name is Sally and I am co-owner with Guido, my Italian husband of Rome Wine Tours and Convivio Rome Cooking classes, Culinary Vacations and Rome Olive Tours.

I am originally from Australia, and transferred to Italy over 25 years ago. I can't believe how time flies!

Guido and I have been operating our small family run business in the beautiful Sabine Hills, just north of Rome, for over 19 years.
We have welcomed guests from all over the world on our tours and into our family home for all this time.
