Breaking Bread

local food + good company + one table = breaking bread. Guests cook together with an Italian chef then dine around one communal table.

We are proud to host a culinary evening of cooking and eating for those passionate about local Italian food who want to go beyond just the classic dishes. We will teach traditional preparation methods of the MANY plates less commonly seen on restaurant menus while sourcing our ingredients from local Lazio farmers. So come meet some cool people and get your chef on!

We started off yesterday's class with a tour of the San Cosimato market in Trastevere, bought the veggies for our dishes and made perfect summer lunch guanciale and tagliatelle pasta & of course pollo alla romana!
