🍕 Happy World Pizza Day to all the food enthusiasts out there! 🍕

On this delightful occasion, let’s celebrate the iconic Italian pizza, and what better way to do it than with a classic Margherita Pizza to honor the rich culinary traditions?

🇮🇹 Margherita Pizza Recipe:
Ingredients:

1 pizza dough ball
1 cup of tomato sauce
200g buffalo mozzarella
Fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface, creating a thin crust.
Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the pizza base.
Scatter buffalo mozzarella pieces on top.
Add fresh basil leaves.
Season with salt and pepper to taste, and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
This Margherita Pizza pays homage to the queen of pizzas, with its simple yet irresistible flavors. The thin crust, fresh tomato sauce, creamy buffalo mozzarella, and the aroma of fresh basil come together to create a culinary masterpiece that delights the palate.

Ingredients:

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Honey, for coating
- Colored sprinkles (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and a pinch of salt. Mix until a dough forms.

2. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead until smooth. Divide the dough into smaller portions and roll each portion into long ropes, about 1/2 inch in diameter.

3. Cut the ropes into small pieces, around 1/2 inch in length, to form bite-sized balls.

4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the dough balls in batches until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

5. In a separate pan, heat honey until it becomes thin and easy to pour.

6. Place the fried dough balls in a large bowl and pour the warm honey over them. Toss to coat each piece evenly.

7. Optionally, add colored sprinkles for decoration.

8. Arrange the coated Struffoli on a serving platter or shape them into a wreath.

Turkey Roast Italian Style! 🦃✨ While Italy may not celebrate Thanksgiving, why not infuse a bit of Italian flair into this beloved dish? This classic festive recipe is easy to prepare, ensuring it stays moist and flavorful.
👉 Save this post for easy access when you need this recipe again!
📝 Ingredients:
* 1 kg turkey breast
* 1 glass white wine
* 60g butter
* 1 clove garlic
* Rosemary
* Sage
* Salt
* Extra virgin olive oil
🔪 Instructions:
* Rub the turkey piece with olive oil and lightly massage it with salt.
* In a pot or casserole, heat 4 tablespoons of oil and butter.
* Add rosemary, sage, and a clove of garlic to the pot and cook for a few minutes.
* Cook the turkey breast piece on high heat, searing it on all sides to seal in the juices.
* Once all sides are browned, deglaze with white wine and let it evaporate.
* After the wine has completely evaporated, decide whether to finish cooking on the stove or in the oven.
💡 STOVE-TOP TURKEY ROAST:
* Cover with a lid, reduce heat to a minimum, and cook, turning the roast continuously, for about 50 minutes.
* Turn off the heat, remove the roast from the pot, wrap it in aluminum foil, and wait 10 minutes before slicing.
🔥 OVEN-BAKED TURKEY ROAST:
* After searing on the stove, transfer the turkey roast to a baking dish, pour in the pot juices, cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper, and bake in a preheated fan oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
* Remove the cover, baste with the juices, and continue cooking, turning it a couple of times, for another 10 minutes.
* Remove the turkey roast from the oven, wrap it in aluminum foil, and wait 10 minutes before slicing and serving it with its juices.
🌿 VARIATIONS AND TIPS:
* Season the meat just before cooking.
* For a more flavorful roast, occasionally baste it with beef broth.
* You can vary the herbs used for the turkey roast.
* If desired, wrap the turkey roast in slices of bacon.
* Always wait 10 minutes before slicing and wrap it in aluminum foil to prevent the juices from dispersing when cutting.

Halloween night? Let’s make same Pumpkin Ravioli 🎃 Legend says these delightful ravioli were first crafted centuries ago by Italian chefs 🇮🇹 inspired by the vibrant colors of autumn. Today, we bring you the same authentic flavors in our homemade Pumpkin Ravioli. Enjoy a taste of tradition and fall in every bite and Happy Halloween! 🎃✨

**For the Pasta:**
- 360g all-purpose flour
- 4 medium eggs
- A pinch of salt

**For the Filling:**
- 500g roasted pumpkin
- 50g Mantuan apple mustard
- 50g grated Parmesan cheese
- 25g crushed amaretti cookies
- Zest of ½ lemon
- Nutmeg, salt, and black pepper to taste

1. Mix the filling ingredients and refrigerate for 8 hours.
2. Make the pasta dough, rest for 30 minutes, roll out thinly, cut into squares.
3. Fill with pumpkin mixture, fold, and seal.
4. Cook in boiling salted water for 1-2 minutes.
5. In a pan, melt butter with sage, toss ravioli, sprinkle with Parmesan.
6. Enjoy these flavorful delights! Bon appétit! 🍝✨

🍅✨ Save this post for an instant recipe reference! 📌 Discover the world of authentic Italian flavors with our homemade Tomato and Basil Sauce. 🍝🌿 This Mediterranean gem not only enhances the taste of your favorite dishes but also brings simplicity to your kitchen.

Ingredients:

Spaghetti: 350g
Tomatoes: 2kg
Carrots: 20g
Extra virgin olive oil: to taste
Salt: to taste
Basil: to taste

Servings: 4 persons
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: Super easy!

Directions:

Check and wash each tomato thoroughly. Cut in half, remove seeds, and collect tomatoes and juice separately.
Dry tomatoes in a pot over low heat for 30 mins. Add salt, stir, and collect the puree.
Finely chop carrots and onions. Sauté in olive oil for 5-6 mins.
Pour in tomato puree, cook for 30 mins over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Ensure desired thickness, transfer to a container, add a basil leaf, and use as you prefer.
🌱 Pro tip: Store the sauce in the fridge for 2-3 days or freeze it. Use leftover tomato water for delicious bruschetta on toasted bread!

Exploring Culinary Delights: Spaghetti alla Carbonara 🥓 🍝

Get ready for a burst of flavors! Today, we bring you our personal take on Spaghetti alla Carbonara. This classic Roman dish is a celebration of simplicity and taste, perfect for a dinner that hits the spot right in the heart. ❤️

Did you know? The origins of Carbonara are as rich as its flavors. This dish has its roots in Roman tradition, with stories of it being enjoyed by charcoal workers ('carbonai') in the Apennine mountains. A tale that adds a touch of history to every bite.

Ingredients: 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳👨‍🍳

320g of spaghetti 🍝
150g of guanciale 🥓
3 eggs 🥚
100g of grated Pecorino Romano 🧀
Freshly ground black pepper 🧂
Salt, to taste🧂
Instructions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Drain them, reserving a bit of the cooking water.
In the meantime, in a non-stick pan, sauté the diced guanciale until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with half of the Pecorino Romano. Add a generous amount of black pepper.
Combine the cooked spaghetti with the guanciale in the pan, mixing well to distribute the flavors.
Remove from heat and quickly add the egg mixture, ensuring to mix rapidly to avoid scrambling the eggs. Gradually add some of the reserved pasta cooking water to create a velvety sauce.
Serve immediately with a generous sprinkle of the remaining Pecorino Romano and additional black pepper.
