👩‍🏫 Partiamo dalle esigenze concrete dei docenti.
A Batumi, i partner hanno concordato un approccio di co-progettazione per il capacity building del WP3: sviluppare formazione e strumenti basati su ciò di cui gli insegnanti hanno davvero bisogno, con un forte focus su alfabetizzazione, competenze matematiche di base (numeracy), competenze digitali, mentoring e inclusione.

Questi elementi confluiranno nei materiali formativi e in una piattaforma di autovalutazione.

🗺️ Ci siamo inoltre allineati sulla roadmap del “Foundation Semester”:
➡️ pilota a settembre 2026
➡️ implementazione su scala più ampia nella primavera 2027

Our consortium met for the 1st Transnational Project Meeting of Laying the Foundations, hosted by Black Sea College.
A warm thank you to our hosts and to everyone who joined both in person and online — excited for what comes next!

👩‍🏫 Teachers’ realities are the starting point.
In Batumi, partners agreed on a co-construction approach for WP3 capacity building: developing training and tools based on what teachers actually need, with a strong focus on literacy, numeracy, digital skills, mentoring, and inclusion. These priorities will feed into both the training materials and a self-assessment platform.

🗺️ We also aligned on the Foundation Semester roadmap:
➡️ Pilot in September 2026
➡️ Rollout in Spring 2027

In Laying the Foundations, Skills Together guida l’innovazione didattica e la formazione degli insegnanti.

👉Con il Work Package 3, appena avviato, aiutiamo i docenti della formazione professionale in Georgia, Moldavia e Ucraina ad adottare nuovi metodi, strumenti digitali e approcci che mettano lo studente al centro.

✨L’obiettivo? Fare del Semestre Fondativo non solo un curriculum, ma un’esperienza che sviluppi competenze trasversali e prepari i giovani al futuro, nella scuola e nel lavoro.

☑ Sulla scia delle nostre esperienze Erasmus+, come VETCompass, proponiamo soluzioni innovative che rafforzino ecosistemi di formazione professionale più inclusivi e orientati al futuro.

In Laying the Foundations, Skills Together leads the way on teacher training & educational innovation.

👉Through Work Package 3, which starts now, we equip VET teachers in Georgia, Moldova & Ukraine with fresh methods, digital tools, and learner-centred approaches.

✨The goal? To make the Foundation Semester more than a curriculum — a transformative experience that boosts transversal skills and prepares young people for both education and work.

☑ Building on our Erasmus+ experience (like VETCompass), we’re proud to pioneer new approaches that strengthen inclusive and future-ready VET ecosystems across the Eastern Partnership.

Le competenze tecniche sono fondamentali, ma sono le soft skills a fare davvero la differenza nel mondo del lavoro di oggi.
