Enrichment Spotlight: Amelia Z. ☀️🔬
As part of her Enrichment Project, Amelia Z. explored the exciting world of nuclear fusion through her project, ITER – The Artificial Sun. Fascinated by the future of clean energy, Amelia researched how scientists are working to recreate the Sun's energy here on Earth.
To bring her learning to life, Amelia visited the ITER facilities, where she toured the site and interviewed members of the ITER team, gaining first-hand insight into one of the world's most ambitious scientific collaborations. She then created her own prototype to help explain the science of fusion in a simple and engaging way for younger students.
A fantastic example of curiosity, innovation, and learning beyond the classroom. Well done, Amelia!
