History came to life for our Grade 10 students during their recent visit to Bunker Soratte, one of Italy’s most fascinating underground historical sites.

Exploring two levels of the vast complex, students discovered its role as a World War II headquarters for N**i forces under Field Marshal Albert Kesselring and learned about the daring acts of espionage and partisan resistance that took place around it. They also ventured into the immense Cold War fallout shelter designed to protect Italy’s government and president in the event of a nuclear attack.

Students engaged deeply with the site’s extraordinary stories, taking detailed notes and gaining a unique perspective on some of the defining moments of twentieth-century history.

What an unforgettable evening of music, energy, and talent at our annual Spring Concert! ✨🎶

Our students filled the stage with incredible performances, from classical pieces and cinematic favourites to contemporary hits, showcasing the creativity, confidence, and dedication of our young musicians.

The concert brought together our Bands, Royal Winds, Choir, Orchestra, Rock Band, and JuniOrchestra in collaboration with the Accademia N**ionale di Santa Cecilia, creating a vibrant celebration of music in all its forms.

A huge bravo to our performers, and our graduating musicians for their talent, leadership, and dedication over the years, as well as to our music teachers and everyone who helped make this such a memorable event for our community. The joy, passion, and talent on stage truly made the evening shine! 🎼👏

Today, our Elementary School community gathered to celebrate the beautiful tradition of May Crowning, led by our Grade 3 students following their recent First Holy Communion. 💐✨

With faith, joy, and reverence, the students crowned Mary as Queen of Heaven and Mother of God, offering flowers, prayers, readings, and hymns in her honour.

The ceremony was a beautiful expression of faith, devotion, and gratitude, and a touching moment in our students’ spiritual journey. We are proud to uphold this cherished tradition, which continues to bring our community together in love and reverence for Our Blessed Mother.

Grade 1 student Virginia D. proudly presented her enrichment project, Math City Builders!

Through creativity, mathematical thinking, and hands-on design, Virginia built her very own miniature “Math City,” using patterns, shapes, symmetry, measurement, and number rules to guide her work. She confidently explained the mathematical ideas behind her buildings, roads, and parks while showcasing her creativity and presentation skills.

We are so proud of our students and the creativity, curiosity, and excitement they bring to their enrichment projects!✨
