Temple University Rome and Temple University Boyer College of Music and Dance proudly presented the Temple Jazz Orchestra, directed by Terell Stafford, with special guest Barbara Parisi, in concert at Casa del Jazz on July 30, 2026.

Italy was the first stop of the Orchestra’s European tour, making Rome the perfect place to launch an incredible musical journey across Europe.

From Rome to the Sahara.

Three Temple University Rome students traveled to Morocco for an unforgettable three-day excursion through the Sahara Desert, exploring breathtaking landscapes, experiencing local culture, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

Our Temple University Rome Spring 2026 Adult Study Abroad cohort enjoyed a truly rewarding semester, embracing the best of life in Rome. From hands-on cooking classes and fascinating weekend excursions to unforgettable cultural experiences, our students immersed themselves in the city’s rich history, art, and traditions.

We celebrated the end of the program with a farewell toast in the Temple University Rome courtyard, led by our Program Directors—a wonderful moment to reflect on new friendships, memorable experiences, and an incredible journey together.
