Hello my network!

We are in 2020. I have been a corporate senior executive for the past 14 years and have been in Chief Executive positions for 5 years now.

But I wasn’t born a manager, and I do remember how it was… You have a desire to be noticed, to have your chance to shine. But most of the time you feel like you are wasting time… like the more you wait, the more opportunities you miss.

The result of this? People get demotivated and companies lose ground…

As a manager… when I realised this, I decided that I wanted my people to be as engaged as they could, as excited as they could.

And so I needed some tools, skills and knowledge that only one of the best professional coaching schools could give me. The 150 hours of training that I got and the final test that I passed in 2019 have reinforced even more my belief that changing perspective as a manager has to do with creating value for my people.

Now, to complete my project I want to reach the required hours of coaching to earn my credentials from ICF, the International Coach Federation. But given my limited time, the quickest way is to give the opportunity to someone to get help from me, while they are giving their help to me.

How can you get help from me?

If you feel like you’re doing your best to progress in your career, but something is holding you back and you feel like you are wasting time… the bad news is… you are missing opportunities which are not coming back!

How can you resolve this? You just need to… accelerate your evolution!

And so, to unlock your potential, I am offering a “fast-growth” one-to-one coaching mini path to the first 10 people who send me an e-mail, consisting of four 90-minutes sessions (in English, French or Italian). This is a sixty-day programme that will allow you to accelerate your path towards the next stage of your career, and it will allow me to complete the hours I need for my project.

This sixty-day programme comes for regular coaching fees, which in this case is an investment of € 1200.

However, because you already remunerate me, by helping me complete my project, your investment will not come into my pocket. Instead, you will donate that amount to a charity of your choice! Together we can help the world become a better place!

This is a WIN-WIN-WIN! While you are doing something good for me and something great for the charity you have chosen, you are doing something powerful for yourself! Accelerating your growth… means that your € 1200 investment will return to you at least twenty times in the coming few years.

How does the process work?

1. The first and most important thing… send me an e-mail, now! Send me an e-mail to [email protected] so that I can reserve your place. This step is the most important if you want to make sure that YOU ARE IN!

2. Choose your charity! Donate online. That’s the most effective way, as I will ask you to show me the receipt of your donations. Also, depending on the fiscal regulation of your country, charitable donations may be tax-deductible. Check if that applies to you!

3. I will ask you to make a first € 30 donation to the charity of your choice so to book a 20-minute chat to talk about your specific expectations. This first donation is important. It tells me that you are serious about the time that we will be investing together in your growth.

4. If this coaching is right for you, to book our first session after the first chat, I will ask you to make a second € 295 donation to the charity of your choice.

5. After the first session, I will ask you to make your last € 875 donation to the charity of your choice, to book the slots for the three following sessions (which are usually three weeks apart from each other).

6. You can stop the process at any step. If you decide that you do not want to pursue the rest of the programme, you just let me know! We will stop the process before any of the three donation steps above.

The sessions will be performed remotely (Zoom, Skype, …) and just a couple of additional points apply:

• How to choose a charity? This is entirely your call. However, it must be a real charity. For example, a donation to benefit people who struggle with their lives.

• We must avoid any conflict of interest. We must not be business partners or direct competitors today and we must not have a direct working relationship today. If you have any doubt, don’t hesitate and let’s talk through it!
