⚡W.O.O.T.D 10 minutes ⚡

1.) Mountain climbers X4 + press up close grip
2.) Jump squat with heel clicks
3.) Jump lunges
4.) Burpees
5.) Press up + side plank
45 seconds work + 15 rest x 2= 10 minutes 💪

To modify: take out the jumps and can do press ups on knees.

Make sure to push from the ankle through the glutes to work the muscles properly and not strain your knees.
Make sure to land softly and give it your all! 💪
