This class is dedicated to pasta lovers. Rome is the capital of pasta dishes, all very tasty, all joined together by a fundamental element: the pecorino romano. We start from the simple but not easy Cacio and Pepe, then the Gricia and the Amatriciana, to finish with its Highness the Carbonara and Tiramisu' at the end.

One of those preparations that really makes a kitchen unique, both at home and in the restaurant. We will handle all types of flour, the types of dough, with or without eggs, filled or not, the preparation times, the making by hand or machine, the preservation and obviously the cooking. Duration 1.5 hours. Drinks included.
