And today we've got the classic one:

We've prepared this big effort workout to push back your stability and full body power with just these eight exercises.
🔞And yes, the reps are 100 EACH and the workout has the 45' time cap. Choose your weight wisely. Or not, we don't care.

And He's back. is back and he brought us this only-dumbbell full body workout (showing it with his ugly and fluffy faces).
6 movements - 100 reps each
You can also choose the way to do it:
1) Pushing up the tempo and trying to complete every exercise in the smallest amount of time (squeezing the 40" of rest in just a bunch of time)
2) Slowing a bit a take all the 40" rest between every round focusing on the exercise form.

As promised, here we are with BACK GYM schedule for iron girls.
In our weekly boring meeting, after the main points to discuss (ice creams) we prepared this 4 days routine FOR HER.
As you could see, this workout involves two TONE 🔨 parts and one BURN 🔥part.

Oh yeah today we're starting a new adventure!
Collaborating with the Universal Gym we'll start proposing you schedules, drills and many more in the gym jungle (of course we'll keep following the sporty performance conditioning and the inspired technical training).
Here for you the BACK IN GYM Day 1 for Him (and of course for Her if you will) involving upper body pushing muscles like Chest, Shoulders, Triceps and more.
We'll divide the workout in three parts:
WARM UP Some cardio that you prefer, some mobility drills from the Working Out Joe's page, some Abs.
TONING: Pump up baby
BURN: No other words, just burn'em all.

Today we've focused the workout on a powerful and pretty tiring interval training based on jumping jacks variations and planking styles.

We're almost there: gyms are reopening soon!
We're building up our form, day by day, to be fully prepared to come back to squatting a lot, with a lot of weight, enjoying it a lot.
Today we've prepared this "Squat It All" workout, full of squatting, movements that helps squatting, tightening core to develop a better stability. For squats.
Remember to execute every movement properly and if you have lack of mobility, spend a little bit more time on hips mobility (check our video).

The secret to push your body fat out, keep your form up to date and run away from your problems.
Rules:
1️⃣ 50mt run should be at least at 80% of your maximal pace
2️⃣ You shouldn't rest between exercises
3️⃣ Don't eat too much before the workout (parental advisory)
