Lada is originally from Moscow and has a solid experience in project development with different cultures. She graduated in Art History in Rome and truly believe that arts and education are a major force for growth, progress and global change.

After her research in eco art for The Sapienza University of Rome in 2021, she understood the importance of sustainability for the future of the planet and in 2022 joined the European Institute of Innovation for Sustainability. After her studies in Political Science, Camilla worked with SMEs to support their internationalization path. Together with the international projects, she supported the communication activities to highlight what it means to promote Made in Italy worldwide.

Her ambition is to boost the integration of sustainability within excellence assets of Italian companies working together with them to accelerate the ecological transition in order to state sustainable development in their strategies.

In EIIS she is the Community Manager for those packaging companies that are part of the CONAI consortium and handles the organization of educational activities around Green Jobs and circular economy. She is also a Senior Project Manager and she cooperates in developing projects that EIIS implements to support companies to achieve a more sustainable business through innovation.

An expert on marine biodiversity, she collaborates with the University of Milan and WWF Italy's Sea Office. She also coordinates the WWF SUB Community, promoting awareness of the underwater world.
Her biggest dream is to protect and enhance the conservation of biodiversity on our planet.

She holds the role of Scientific Coordinator for the certification programmes "Manager della Biodiversità" and "Professione Whale Watcher" and is involved in all initiatives related to the world of biodiversity that are intertwined with the work carried out by the EIIS.
