❗The final international conference of OLMEdu project took place in Patras Greece on the 21st of February followed by the final TPM of the project.

The conference attendees had the opportunity to learn about the project's outcomes, as well as the platform and experience the innovative tool developed while the partners met and finalized the project's details.

❗The "𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗨𝗽𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀' 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀" event took place last night at Frederick University.

The main outcomes of the European funded project OLMEdu were presented during the event, with a focus on the consortium's methods, courses, and digital tools developed for use by Higher Education staff in Education Management.

The OLMEdu International Conference will take place in Patras, Greece in early February 2023. Through this 1-day international
conference the project activities will be presented with special emphasis on all the outputs and results achieved:

🔑Training content for the up-skilling of higher educational staff in the use of ICT technologies and on-line training in management education
🔑 Learning material for the use of on-line training and ICT technologies in teaching management
🔑Toolbox for developing on-line simulations in management education

OLMEdu seeks to create an open lab for the of Higher Education Staff (HES) in online education. The project aims to:

provide higher educational staff with the proper knowledge, skills, and competencies required to facilitate using technologies and tools of online training.

cultivate their ability to embed the appropriate pedagogies, into the online environment, form their teaching-learning process using online methodologies, adjusted to the training context of ME.

create training activities and learning material to be studied and followed by HEI educational staff in order them to effectively create positive learning environments for their students, train them to collaborate, make decisions, solve problems, and integrate them into strategic scenarios

create the capacity of HEI training staff to develop online simulations and integrate them in their training offering practice using a newly developed user-friendly tool.
