5 hours today sailing in front of Tevere (Roman River) and playing the magic energy with different waves and currents! 🇮🇹

Sailors are pushing their limits and we are making a fantastic job stretching the entire day between videosessions and sailing! 🥷

At 12 years old a Bronze Medal 🥉at Euros overall for (without a 6 points for sail tie missing was a Silver) that for me means a Gold.

She put so much effort in the last year that people can't imagine... i can't forget when u came to Istanbul for 3 days from Hong Kong just for a training, then back to school in HK couple days and then back to Europe for a Clinic!

Current switching, light swell and crossed chop are ensuring a full day of sailing in which adapting is the key...!

Kosmos one of the best races ever by far! Thanks Mr Stelios for this no stop racing and exciting event. 18 races in 5 days where the entire Podium was still on battle until race 19 then cancelled for lack of wind!

High level sailors and Coaches and no one minute wasted waiting...only full action! No space for doubts or breath...intense and exciting!

The variety, the imperfections and the energy of the history of this place keep forging Champions!🏛️🏺⚡️

Extremely happy of spending time with these fantastic persons in the last selection for Turkey European Champioship Team 🇹🇷 Thanks Sailors and Coach !

after 3 trials is ranked number 🥇and instead of going Worlds will be at Euros. Sometimes we have to just smile and do our best💪🥷

Congrats also to for a 10th overall in the last one (everyday getting stronger) and to our Juniors 🥈 in Junior Fleet and to for a 7th in Junior.
