This is not a standard cooking class, but a way to share knowledge and to have fun together, preparing typical Ligurian recipes with Fausto and his staff. Everyone can help out in the kitchen, making bread, preparing focaccia, picking herbs from our orchard, tasting whether something needs a little salt or pepper. So come prepared to get your hands dirty! In the end your efforts will be rewarded..
