Minimum wage for foreign truck drivers in France and Germany

According to people familiar with the matter, the EU competition watchdogs are facing the real possibility that foreign forwarders will have to pay their truck drivers the French minimum wage of 9.67 euros for deliveries to France, a ruling that they say is contrary to EU legislation on free movement of goods and services. For this reason, an infringement procedure could be launched against France on Thursday.
Are these regulations in France and Germany only fair for western European carriers or unfair to eastern hauliers? What do you think?

Mindestlohn für ausländische Lkw-Fahrer in Frankreich und Deutschland

Die EU-Wettbewerbshüter stoßen sich nach Angaben von mit der Sache vertrauten Personen daran, dass ausländische Speditionen ihre Lkw-Fahrer bei Lieferungen in Frankreich künftig mit dem dort geltenden Mindestlohn von 9,67 Euro pro Stunde bezahlen müssen. Das verstoße gegen das EU-Recht auf freien Waren- und Dienstleistungsverkehr, weshalb am Donnerstag ein Vertragsverletzungsverfahren gegen Frankreich eingeleitet werde.
Sind diese Regelungen in Frankreich und Deutschland nur fair für westeuropäische Transporteure oder ungerecht gegenüber Ostfrächtern Was meine Ihr?
