Our MakeMyFuture MOOC on Educational Maker-Based Modules for Industry 4.0 is Now Available! 🎓

From September 11 to September 15, 2023, the training course took place in , Germany, organised by FabLab München e.V.

The course's primary objective was to provide secondary school teachers and educators with the necessary competence in technologies, techniques and processes for implementing maker-based activities at school.

The partners are currently engaged in the production of the MOOC, which represents the third result of our project. This MOOC is specifically designed to support in implementing educational maker-based modules, with the ultimate goal of enhancing VET students' digital competences.

We are excited about the progress being made and the impact this initiative will have on empowering both educators and students in the realm of digital skills.

On June 1, a Meeting between companies and IT and communication teachers titled "Generating Synergies and Opportunities" was held in Malaga, Spain, and organized by project partner Málaga TechPark, in collaboration with the Malaga Education Center and financial entity Caixabank Dualiza.

It was an opportunity to present the project results developed so far.

The second result of the project has been produced in English version.

It provides a maker-based training path for VET students aiming to support the achievement of advanced digital competences in line with the Profiles previously identified by the R1 MakeMyFuture Competence Framework.

🇪🇸 On 2 December 2022, the first Multiplier Event in Spain was realised by IES Martín de Aldehuela and Málaga TechPark.

Almost 40 people, mainly teachers and students from the VET centre and representatives from other training centres, attended the event.

It was an excellent opportunity to communicate the objectives of the project and clarify the importance of the selected profiles in the context of Industry 4.0.

🇮🇹 Today, the Learnable staff organised the first multiplier event in Italy with the collaboration of Assindustria Consulting Srl and Istituto Istruzione Superiore Polo 3 Fano.
The event was aimed at students of the vocational training course in CAD/CAM technician in the woodworking sector and their teachers.
The event was highly appreciated by the participants who approached for the first time the topic of on which the project is based.
