🌿 Meet our speaker, Silke Becker!

As Manager for European Projects at Wisamar Educational Institute and Coordinator of the GreenVET Pathway project, Silke Becker is dedicated to advancing Education for Sustainable Development through innovative and learner-centred approaches.

With a background in Theatre Research, Art History, and Literature, as well as experience as a teacher of German as a Foreign Language, Silke explores how active learning methodologies can strengthen self-efficacy and empower learners to take meaningful action. Her current passion is discovering the benefits of learning beyond the traditional classroom environment.

As Founding Partner at BB&R , Nalia Rochin works across Europe and Latin America in the fields of development cooperation, public policy, and education. She coordinates Erasmus+ projects and is passionate about connecting sustainability, social inclusion, youth participation, and climate action through international collaboration.

Within the Green4ADU project, Nalia leads BB&R’s dissemination activities, helping bring the project's results closer to educators, organisations, and communities while turning European cooperation into practical tools for local impact.

🌿 Meet our speaker, Rhianon Williams!

As Director of Interchange.eu Non-Profit gUG, Rhianon Williams has spent over 15 years designing and implementing European initiatives in Bremen, Germany, with a focus on social inclusion, justice, and climate action.

Within the Green4ADU project, Rhianon led the needs analysis work package, identifying the training needs of adult education practitioners and helping shape the educational course developed by the partnership.

How can adult education turn environmental awareness into practical action while supporting wellbeing?

Join the final online event of Green4ADU – A green learning pathway for enhancing adult people’s wellbeing and awareness to explore the project’s results and discuss their application in adult education.

The session will introduce practical tools and learning resources connecting green skills, sustainability and wellbeing, with opportunities to share perspectives, ask questions and exchange ideas.

Together, we will explore:

-How to integrate green skills into adult learning.
-How educators and organisations can use the project’s resources.
-How these approaches can support learners in their everyday lives.

🌱 Green4ADU: where the project stands today

Two years ago, Green4ADU set out with a simple idea: sustainability and personal wellbeing grow together. Today, as we enter the final months of the project, that idea has become something real.

✅ The Green4ADU e-learning platform is live
✅ The Green4ADU Toolkit is ready for educators across Europe
✅ Over 150 participants joined our final webinar on 26 May, sharing outcomes from Italy, Greece, Spain, Germany and the Netherlands

From local workshops to international webinars, this project has been about turning curiosity into knowledge — and knowledge into action.

As we head toward the finish line (31 October 2026), we’re proud of what five countries have built together. 💚
