The year 2021 ends with two special issues dedicated to everyday aesthetics. "Popular Inquiry" edited by Elisabetta Di Stefano, Carsten Friberg and Max Ryynänen focused on "Forgotten everydays" and "Espes" edited by Elisabetta Di Stefano and Sanna Lehtinen, focused on "Everyday Aesthetics: European Perspectives".
It's a wonderful way to conclude a year full of works on the themes of everyday aesthetics looking forward to new collaborations in 2022.

On Friday, December 17, 2021, Prof. Arto Haapala (University of Helsinki) will give a lecture on "Longing for the Everyday in Everyday Aesthetics". The lecture is part of a "tandem project" of teaching exchanges between the University of Palermo and the University of Helsinki. This project aims to consolidate the collaboration between the two universities also in view of an international agreement on Everyday Aesthetics.
