🔴 ভিসা আবেদনে জালিয়াতি বন্ধে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের ঐতিহাসিক পদক্ষেপ.

বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক (BB) একটি যুগান্তকারী সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে — এখন থেকে ভিসা আবেদনে ব্যবহৃত Bank Statement, Solvency Certificate ও Investment Certificate-এ বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে QR Code যুক্ত করতে হবে।

এই উদ্যোগের মূল লক্ষ্য:

✅ জালিয়াতি প্রতিরোধ
✅ দ্রুত ডকুমেন্ট যাচাই
✅ দূতাবাসে ডিজিটাল ভেরিফিকেশন নিশ্চিত করা

📲 QR Code স্ক্যান করলে দেখা যাবে:

→ অ্যাকাউন্ট হোল্ডারের নাম ও নম্বর
→ Opening & Closing Balance
→ স্টেটমেন্ট ইস্যু তারিখ
→ ব্যাংক অথেনটিকেশন তথ্য

⏳ সময়সীমা: আগামী ৯০ দিনের মধ্যে বাংলাদেশের সকল ৬১টি Scheduled Bank-কে এই ব্যবস্থা চালু করতে হবে।

বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক কর্তৃক জারি করা নতুন সার্কুলার অনুযায়ী ব্যাংক ডকুমেন্ট যাচাইয়ের বিষয়ে একটি ক্যাপশন নিচে দেওয়া হলো:

নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতকরণ: ব্যাংক ডকুমেন্টে কিউআর (QR) কোড যুক্ত করার নতুন নির্দেশনা.

ভিসা আবেদন প্রক্রিয়াকে আরও সহজ এবং স্বচ্ছ করার লক্ষ্যে বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট ও অন্যান্য আর্থিক দলিল যাচাইয়ের ক্ষেত্রে একটি নতুন নির্দেশনা জারি করেছে।
সার্কুলারের মূল বিষয়সমূহ:

• আবশ্যিক কিউআর (QR) কোড: এখন থেকে ভিসা আবেদনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যাংক স্টেটমেন্ট, সলভেন্সি সার্টিফিকেট এবং ইনভেস্টমেন্ট সার্টিফিকেটে অবশ্যই একটি অনলাইন যাচাইযোগ্য কিউআর কোড থাকতে হবে।
• তাৎক্ষণিক যাচাই সুবিধা: এই কিউআর কোড স্ক্যান করার মাধ্যমে দূতাবাস বা ভিসা সেন্টারগুলো গ্রাহকের নাম, অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর এবং ব্যালেন্সসহ প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডিজিটাল পদ্ধতিতে যাচাই করতে পারবে।
• প্রশাসনিক ব্যয় ও জালিয়াতি রোধ: এই উদ্যোগের ফলে প্রশাসনিক জটিলতা ও ব্যয় কমবে এবং ভুয়া দলিলাদি জমা দেওয়ার প্রবণতা রোধ করা সম্ভব হবে।
• বাস্তবায়নের সময়সীমা: ব্যাংকগুলোকে এই নির্দেশনা জারির ৯০ (নব্বই) দিনের মধ্যে প্রয়োজনীয় সিস্টেম প্রস্তুত করার নির্দেশ দেওয়া হয়েছে।

বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের এই পদক্ষেপটি ব্যাংকিং সেবাকে আরও আধুনিক ও নির্ভরযোগ্য করে তুলবে, যা বিদেশগামী নাগরিকদের জন্য একটি বড় স্বস্তি বয়ে আনবে।

The Quantum Computing Lab at the University of Padua is now open to the scientific community and set to become an international reference point. At its core is a trapped-ion quantum computer that processes information by suspending individual atoms in a vacuum with electromagnetic fields and steering them with ultra-precise laser pulses.

“As a university rooted in centuries of freedom of research and thought,” said Rector Daniela Mapelli, “our mission is not only to produce knowledge, but to guide it toward goals that strengthen human dignity and social cohesion. Quantum is not just a technological challenge; it tests our ability to govern innovation with responsibility and foresight.”

This investment strengthens Italy’s National Quantum Strategy and the European Quantum Strategy, with support from the ICSC.
