Ecco alcune foto della nostra del 27 novembre, celebrata nel giorno del Thanksgiving: una giornata speciale dedicata non solo alla gratitudine, ma anche al coraggio che guida le scelte più importanti.

✨ALUMNI REUNION 2025✨

Cosa unisce la Lettera 22 di Olivetti, la Radio Cubo di Brionvega, il vino biologico, i gioielli e la logistica? Una visione d’impresa etica e neo-umanista.

Durante l’Alumni Reunion di CIMBA, abbiamo riflettuto su una leadership consapevole insieme ad Andrea Ciresa, che ci ha guidati nel pensiero di Adriano Olivetti, e al giornalista Daniele Ferrazza, che ha raccontato il parallelo tra Olivetti e Brionvega.

Alla tavola rotonda, con Sabrina Rodelli (Cantine Pizzolato), Giampietro Zonta (D’orica) e Giorgio De Nardi (Aton Spa), abbiamo ascoltato esperienze concrete di imprese che mettono al centro persone, territorio e valori.

Un incontro che ci ha ispirati a diventare leve di cambiamento, guidati da un’etica che crea valore duraturo.

"35 years ago, it would have been hard to imagine standing here today, celebrating the holidays with all of you at the Christmas party for an international school that somehow, against all odds, became a reality.

It would have been hard to imagine a school that has touched the lives of more than 30,000 students, leaving its mark on the world in ways that no one could have foreseen.

It would have been hard to imagine the extraordinary colleagues, trainers, facilitators, coaches, and professors who have brought their energy, passion, and expertise to this venture.

But as unimaginable as all of this may have seemed back then, it has become our reality. And it is a reality that inspires me to look ahead and ask all of you to imagine the next 35 years.

What will we accomplish? What lives will we impact? What programs will we build? What difference will be make in the lives of others?"

GRATITUDE CELEBRATION 2024 ✨ This year, we celebrated Day, a uniquely American holiday that carries universal themes of gratitude, family, and reflection—values that resonate deeply within the CIMBA community. Over time, it has come to symbolize thankfulness for the blessings in our lives, the strength of our families, and the freedom to pursue our dreams and aspirations. It is a day to pause, reflect, and celebrate the bonds that hold us together.

The story of Thanksgiving felt especially relevant during our Gratitude Celebration as we honored our graduates. Each of them embarked on a challenging and transformative journey. They left behind familiar comforts, crossed borders, and immersed themselves in a rigorous and demanding program - one that asked not only to master business principles, but also to embrace self-awareness, adaptability, and the pursuit of personal growth.

Let us say how thankful we are to have shared this journey with them. Graduates, your dedication and achievements inspire us every day. Thank you for being part of the CIMBA family!

In closing, we gave thanks - not just for what we have accomplished, but for the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
