This September, we are launching two Year 1 classes, along with one Year 2 and one Year 3 class in our Secondary Division (Ages 11-14).

We can no longer keep this a secret! A surprise for our returning and fresh arriving students: brand new learning spaces with details to inspire the mind. Ahead of us lies a year filled with vibrant colors, new technology, and... plenty of fun.

Listen carefully: never stop being a kid! Not in your house, not in your smile, and not in your dreams.

Children we are so immensely proud of. Our students have grown so incredibly much during their very first year at SISchool! During their Showcase Day right before the holidays, they showed us once again just how precious and essential it is to cherish the child within us.

With less than a month until the start of a new year and a brand new journey, we can't wait to welcome everyone back! Thank you for an amazing year and for every single smile! ✨

📸 Sports Day 2026: Joy, Community, and Colors! 🎉🏆

Our campus turned into a big sports arena! During the day, our students played in a fun mini-tournament format (Y1; Y3+4; Y5+7+8) competing in basketball, football, and floorball, led by Matej, Mr. Joseph, and Mr. Emilio. 🏀⚽️🏒

The best part? In the afternoon, parents jumped right into the action for the Sports Challenge Festival! Together with the kids, they took on different athletic stations all around the campus, fully supported by our amazing staff. ☀️🎉

It was all about fun, energy, and being together. Thank you to everyone who ran, played, and cheered!

Last Weeks’ Highlights! Here is a quick look at what our amazing students have been up to lately.

🛒 Year 1 | Mini-Market Financial literacy in action! Students set up a mini-shop to practice counting, buying, and giving change using play money.

📐 Year 3 | Polygon City Maths turned into art! Year 3 became little architects, building an entire city out of geometric shapes.

🏺 Year 5 | Ancient History Connecting history and art, students crafted their own Greek-style vases and Roman mosaics.

⚽ Years 3–5 | Rainy Day Tactics Rain didn't stop play! Guided by Mr. Joseph and Mr. Emilio, students used digital screens to study game positioning and teamwork.

🌍 Years 7–8 |
Global Perspectives: Planning eco-trips to Japan, Costa Rica, and Iceland.
Music & Art: Designing record company logos with Mr. David and Miss Ciammariconi.
PSHE & Speaking: Planting flowers to learn about patience, and rehearsing multidisciplinary presentations.

🏃‍♂️ Afterschool Club | Obstacle Courses Students teamed up to design and build their own creative balance and coordination circuits.

Another incredible week of discovery at Sardinia International School! Here is a glimpse into our students' journey:

🧪 Year 4 Chemistry: Our young scientists built 3D molecules using modelling clay, turning complex atoms into hands-on art.
📐 Geometry in Motion: Year 4 combined Art and Maths by creating colourful pinwheels to study the concept of rotation.
⛳️ Golf Season: Students began a month of professional coaching with Mr Andrea Ferlito, building focus and coordination on the green.
📜 Living History: Year 7 & 8 are interviewing family members for their Personal History Project, linking real-life stories to the past.
⛵️ Sailing Mastery: Our sailors completed their third session, mastering the essential skill of knot-tying and nautical precision.
🚀 Year 1 Space Mission: Using recycled materials, Year 1 designed spaceships while learning about sustainability and the cosmos.
🤝 School Assembly: Led by the School Council, we explored the theme “Our School, Our Responsibility”—focusing on kindness and shared respect.
