🌱💻 Le competenze verdi e digitali stanno diventando sempre più inseparabili.

Sapevi che solo il 55,6% della popolazione dell’UE possiede almeno competenze digitali di base?

E secondo Cedefop, già nel 2021 l’87% dei posti di lavoro nell’UE richiedeva almeno competenze digitali di base.

Ma la trasformazione non è solo digitale.

Dati europei recenti mostrano che il 92% delle imprese dell’UE sta già adottando misure per ridurre le emissioni, mentre il 79% segnala la carenza di competenze come un ostacolo agli investimenti.
Anche l’economia verde sta diventando una fonte di occupazione sempre più importante. Nel 2022, il settore dei beni e servizi ambientali dell’UE occupava 6,67 milioni di persone, pari a circa il 3,1% dell’occupazione totale dell’UE, con un aumento dell’occupazione nel settore del 68,9% tra il 2010 e il 2022.

Digitalizzazione e sostenibilità stanno quindi trasformando contemporaneamente il mercato del lavoro. Strumenti digitali, dati e nuove tecnologie possono supportare processi più sostenibili, mentre gli obiettivi ambientali stanno creando nuovi profili professionali e nuove esigenze in termini di competenze.
Oggi queste due transizioni non possono più essere considerate separatamente. L’Europa ha sempre più bisogno di professionisti capaci di collegare sostenibilità, digitalizzazione, innovazione, cambiamento organizzativo e strategia aziendale.

È proprio in questa direzione che si muove il progetto Erasmus+ T2M – Twin Transition Manager, che sostiene lo sviluppo delle competenze necessarie per affrontare la transizione verde e digitale come un unico processo integrato e per preparare professionisti capaci di guidare le organizzazioni attraverso questa trasformazione.

🌱💻 Green and digital skills are becoming increasingly inseparable.

Did you know that only 55.6% of the EU population has at least basic digital skills?

And according to Cedefop, already in 2021, 87% of jobs in the EU required at least basic digital skills.

But the transformation is not only digital.

Recent European data show that 92% of EU companies are already taking action to reduce emissions, while 79% report skills shortages as a barrier to investment.
The green economy is also becoming an increasingly important source of employment. In 2022, the EU environmental goods and services sector employed 6.67 million people, representing around 3.1% of total EU employment, with employment in this sector increasing by 68.9% between 2010 and 2022.

Digitalisation and sustainability are therefore transforming the labour market at the same time. Digital tools, data and new technologies can support more sustainable processes, while environmental objectives are creating new professional profiles and new skills needs.
Today, these two transitions can no longer be considered separately. Europe increasingly needs professionals who are able to connect sustainability, digitalisation, innovation, organisational change and business strategy.

This is exactly the direction of the Erasmus+ project T2M – Twin Transition Manager, which supports the development of the competences needed to address the green and digital transitions as one integrated process and to prepare professionals capable of guiding organisations through this transformation.

Il progetto AI-NYELV presenta il suo Quadro metodologico per l’integrazione degli strumenti di IA nell’insegnamento delle lingue straniere a livello universitario.

Concepito come una risorsa pratica per docenti di lingue, formatori di docenti e istituzioni di istruzione superiore, il quadro metodologico supporta un’integrazione dell’IA nell’insegnamento delle lingue straniere che sia pedagogicamente significativa, etica e responsabile.

Basandosi sulle evidenze e sui risultati prodotti dalle precedenti attività di AI-NYELV – tra cui l’Analisi comparativa degli strumenti di IA del progetto – il quadro metodologico esplora le opportunità e le sfide dell’insegnamento linguistico supportato dall’IA e propone un approccio strutturato alla sua integrazione.

Tra i suoi principali elementi figurano le analisi SWOT e TOWS, l’AI-NYELV Readiness Framework, che prende in considerazione la preparazione dei docenti, degli studenti, tecnologica e istituzionale, e una roadmap progressiva per l’adozione dell’IA.

🤖The AI-NYELV project presents its Methodological Framework for the integration of AI tools into university-level foreign language teaching.
Designed as a practical resource for language teachers, teacher educators and higher education institutions, the framework supports the pedagogically meaningful, ethical and responsible integration of AI into foreign language education.
Building on the evidence and results generated through previous AI-NYELV activities – including the project’s Comparative Analysis of AI tools – the framework explores the opportunities and challenges of AI-assisted language education and provides a structured approach to its integration.
Among its main elements are the SWOT and TOWS analyses, the AI-NYELV Readiness Framework, addressing teacher, learner, technological and institutional readiness, and a progressive roadmap for AI adoption.

Nel progetto T2M – Twin Transition Manager, digital competences are an essential component of the professional profile we are developing, together with green, entrepreneurial, and managerial competences.

In this context, DigComp 3.0 – European Digital Competence Framework, published by the European Commission on 27 November 2025, represents an important reference for understanding how the digital competences required by the labour market are evolving.

Digital competences are not static: they change alongside technologies, emerging risks, and new organisational models. DigComp 3.0 reflects this evolution, placing greater emphasis on topics such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, digital rights and responsibilities, digital well-being, and disinformation.

For this reason, a Twin Transition Manager must be able not only to use technologies, but also to continuously update their competences, assess their impact, and adapt to change.

This ability to evolve alongside digital transformation is exactly what T2M aims to foster.

Uno dei principali aspetti da considerare quando si parla di Intelligenza Artificiale è senza dubbio quello etico. Trasparenza, responsabilità, tutela dei dati, rispetto dell’autonomia e uso consapevole degli strumenti di AI sono temi fondamentali in ogni ambito, ma assumono un’importanza ancora maggiore nel contesto dell’istruzione e della formazione, soprattutto quando ci si rivolge a studenti e studentesse.

L’Intelligenza Artificiale può offrire nuove opportunità per migliorare l’insegnamento e l’apprendimento delle lingue, supportare la creatività e personalizzare le attività didattiche. Tuttavia, è essenziale che venga utilizzata in modo responsabile, critico e trasparente, senza sostituire il ruolo centrale dei docenti né compromettere l’autonomia, la sicurezza e l’integrità intellettuale degli studenti.

Anche il progetto AI-NYELV ha dedicato particolare attenzione a questi temi, sviluppando due importanti risorse:

- Ethical Framework, un quadro di riferimento sui principi etici da adottare nell’utilizzo dell’AI nell’insegnamento e nell’apprendimento delle lingue;

- Ethical Guidance for Teachers and Students, una guida pratica pensata per aiutare docenti e studenti a utilizzare gli strumenti di Intelligenza Artificiale in modo consapevole, sicuro e responsabile.

One of the main aspects to consider when discussing Artificial Intelligence is undoubtedly ethics. Transparency, accountability, data protection, respect for autonomy, and the responsible use of AI tools are essential in every field, but they become even more important in education and training, especially when working with students.

Artificial Intelligence can offer new opportunities to improve language teaching and learning, support creativity, and personalise educational activities. However, it is essential that it is used responsibly, critically, and transparently, without replacing the central role of teachers or compromising students’ autonomy, safety, and intellectual integrity.

The AI-NYELV project has also devoted particular attention to these issues by developing two important resources:

- 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸, providing a reference framework for the ethical principles that should guide the use of AI in language teaching and learning;

- 𝗘𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, a practical guide designed to help teachers and students use Artificial Intelligence tools in a responsible, safe, and informed way.

Il progetto T2M mira a migliorare i curricula universitari attraverso l’integrazione di competenze manageriali, digitali, verdi e imprenditoriali, in linea con i quadri europei GreenComp ed EntreComp.

Attraverso T2M, il partenariato intende:

sviluppare curricula innovativi per l’istruzione superiore dedicati al profilo professionale del Twin Transition Manager;
rafforzare la capacità delle università e del personale accademico di sostenere la transizione gemella;
progettare un modello educativo trasferibile, che possa essere adottato e adattato da altre università e da enti di formazione;
costruire una cooperazione strutturata e duratura tra il mondo accademico, le PMI e il mercato del lavoro.

I risultati attesi del progetto includono:

1 Quadro delle Competenze e Curriculum per i Twin Transition Manager;
più di 6 nuovi corsi universitari;
oltre 35 docenti formati sul curriculum T2M;
più di 800 studenti coinvolti nelle attività pilota;
oltre 25 PMI coinvolte nelle attività pilota e di validazione, che contribuiranno attraverso casi di studio e opportunità di tirocinio;
1 Raccolta di Buone Pratiche;
più di 340 partecipanti coinvolti negli eventi di disseminazione.

Questi obiettivi guideranno lo sviluppo, la sperimentazione e la disseminazione del nuovo curriculum T2M per tutta la durata del progetto.

The T2M project aims to enhance university curricula by integrating managerial, digital, green and entrepreneurial competences, in line with the GreenComp and EntreComp frameworks.

Through T2M, the partnership will:

- develop innovative higher education curricula for the Twin Transition Manager profile;
- strengthen the capacity of universities and academic staff to support the twin transition;
- design a transferable educational model that can be adopted and adapted by other universities and training providers;
- build structured and long-lasting cooperation between academia, SMEs and the labour market.

The project’s expected results include:

- 1 Competence Framework and Curriculum for Twin Transition Managers
- More than 6 new university courses
- Over 35 teachers trained in the T2M curriculum
- More than 800 students involved in pilot activities
- Over 25 SMEs engaged in pilots and validation activities, contributing case studies and internship opportunities
- 1 Book of Good Practices
- More than 340 participants involved in dissemination events

These objectives will guide the development, testing and dissemination of the new T2M curriculum throughout the project.

Il mondo del lavoro è in continua evoluzione e richiede figure professionali sempre più capaci di adattarsi a nuove esigenze e nuovi modelli organizzativi. Allo stesso tempo, anche i percorsi di formazione devono evolvere, procedendo di pari passo con i cambiamenti del mercato.
