Enjoy Italian Cooking is a crazy idea born during the long Italian lockdown. I received so many emails from my friends and clients from worldwide, they were sad that they could not come to Italy to taste my dishes. It was then that I said to myself I absolutely had to do something to give them the opportunity to taste my dishes again without having to come to Italy. Every week I guide my students

step by step through the delicacies of Italian cuisine. We spend about 1 hour hands-on having fun together, It's like to cook with me by your side, but in the comfort of your kitchen. Without leave your home you can have a tour of Italy through the flavors of dishes you make. My online cooking classes are live, I cook with you and you can ask me any question whenever you are confused or curious

You have support while you’re cooking. I will tell you my secrets and tricks and correct you real time if you make any mistake. The final result will be a great (…and delicious!) success!!
