Raffaella Cagliano is Academic Director of the School of Management, Full Professor of People Management and Organisation, and a member of the Board of Directors of POLIMI Graduate School of Management.

Her research focuses on the intersection of technological innovation, organisational models and sustainability, with particular expertise in Operations and Supply Chain Management.
