It will be a unique event filled with:
▶️ 70+ scholarly on the future of research and practice,
▶️ 2 on Campus Workspaces & New Working Spaces (Cost Action CA18214 New Working Spaces)
▶️ 3 with CBRE Italy, Unispace and Lendlease moderated by Studio Wé and
▶️ a lot of social gatherings!

The Department of Architecture, Built environment, and Construction Engineering ( ) - Real Estate Center; Department of Architecture and Urban Studies ( ); Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering ( ) of Politecnico di Milano have been collaborating to make this possible and are looking forward to welcoming all the participants soon!

The V edition of the Summer School on has just finished.

The two best works will be presented during the conference next September in Politecnico di Milano.

Being part of the SSWM is hard work, but mostly an experience to keep learning, create networks, and collaborate with a group for two weeks

On Tuesday our Summer School on went visiting Enel Energia at Milano Carducci, where Valentina Russo showed us their innovative . 🏢

Yesterday, we dropped by Accenture A-WOW building where Paola Foglia and Silvia Zizzo introduced us to Accenture in Italy 📍 (Milano A-WOW, Milano Bonnet, and Roma Sciangai) and explained their avant-garde .

Both buildings are International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) certified and our students were positively impressed by them, let's wait and see how they will implement their idea in tomorrow's final presentations!

Yesterday the III week of Summer School on began at Assolombarda, where Tamas Berky and Antonio Cesare Iadarola introduced defining topics such as and to our students.

Thanks to Carlo Capra, Paolo Guazzotti and Giulia Valente who shared their time and with us!

We also had the chance to visit CBRE and Wellio to explore different and ways of approaching .

Yesterday the Summer School on went visiting Spaces and Copernico.

Thanks to Margherita Sainaghi & her collegues who shared their great workplace with us!

Our students had then the chance to taste a real Italian aperitivo at the Copernico Bollicine party! 🥂

New Working Spaces

Yesterday it was an eventful day at our Summer School 📚

Our got close to the with Carlo Capra from Assolombarda and then took an overview on with Ivana Pais from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Many thanks also to Manuela Pisciotta, Carmelo Califano, Valentina Gingardi and Gabriele Massa at EFM - Engaging Places Milano - Via Statuto 📌 for sharing their coworking experience!

After the first online week, yesterday the V Summer School on Workplace Management "The geography of New Working Spaces and impact on the periphery and young talented researchers" is finally back in presence at Politecnico di Milano!

Chiara Tagliaro and Ilaria Mariotti introduced the school program our partner, the Cost Action CA18214, and our students had the chance to present themselves and share some of their work experiences.

The participants will be asked to:
1) Simulating the integration of a ”” into Vodafone Village in Milan (II week of the school)
2) Creating a ”” proposal to improve the existing space at the Village (III week of the school)
