The Ganga Prem Hospice team had very lovingly cared for a venerable sadhu patient, Narayan Swami ji, recently. He passed away peacefully after spending five months at the hospice.
Today, the Abhiram Mastaram Baba ashram held a ritualistic 16th day lunch to honour the departed soul, and the GPH team was sent a special invitation to join.
Nine member of the GPH team visited the ashram to participate in the ritual, and they were not only greeted and fed with love, but also honoured with garlands and shawls as a sign of appreciation for the service provided.
This kind of spontaneous love and respect make hospice care work so worthwhile.
