Jeg glæder mig utrolig meget til dette forløb, hvor jeg vil dele min erfaring med arbejde i de kreative brancher med andre psykologer, der ønsker at forstå og arbejde i et bestemt felt.

Creative work has always existed in a tension between individual insight and institutional expectation.
These weeks, as I move deeper into my Ph.D. research, this tension appears more clearly than ever.
In the creative industries — architecture, film, design, gaming, research, exhibitions — practitioners consistently navigate two parallel forces:
✨ the internal creative drive
📋 the structural demands of professional systems
Innovation rarely feels innovative from the inside.
It emerges as a subtle deviation — a micro-correction — that challenges existing norms long before it is recognised as progress.
Such deviations often produce discomfort:
🔹 resistance from colleagues
🔹 doubt about legitimacy
🔹 questions about motives
Yet these reactions are not signs of error.
They are indicators of boundary work — the exact zone where creative leadership is forged.
From an academic perspective, this is where leadership development becomes essential:
🌱 reflective capacity
🌱 tolerance for ambiguity
🌱 the courage to articulate emerging possibilities within established structures
