We are excited to share that L'ORMA will take part in the Training Course “Guiding Change: From Uncertainty to Growth”, taking place from 2 to 10 June 2026 in Dobrinishte, Bulgaria 🇧🇬

This training, organised by Via Civic, focuses on supporting youth workers in understanding change as a process and strengthening their ability to guide young people through moments of transformation, uncertainty, and important life decisions.

For this mobility, we are especially happy to involve three different souls of L'ORMA:
• one coach from L'ORMA
• one member from Coach di Quartiere
• one member of L'ORMA International staff

We truly value these moments of internal synergy, where different areas of our organisation come together, exchange perspectives, and grow collectively. It’s in these connections that new ideas and stronger impact are born.

We look forward to bringing back new tools, reflections, and inspiration to further support the young people and communities we work with 💚

On the 27th -29th of March, in Podgorica, Montenegro, we took part in the activities of ParaEMPOWER project, focused on strengthening skills and methodologies within the paralympic sport field.

From Friday to Sunday, a training brought together staff members from organisations, clubs and federations working in paralympic sport, creating a space for learning, exchange and inspiration.

Francesca joined the training as an L'ORMA coach, representing our organisation and leading educational activities based on non-formal education methods. Through her contribution, participants explored new ways to make sport more inclusive, engaging and impactful.

A valuable opportunity to grow together and continue building a more accessible and empowering sport environment for all.

The Final Meeting of the IOFA project took place on March 22nd and 23rd in Larnaca, Cyprus, bringing together partners for two days of collaboration, reflection, and shared achievements.

The agenda combined practical sessions, engaging discussions, and dedicated time for the preparation of the final report. Partners had the opportunity to review the journey of the project, share the results achieved over the past years, and reflect on the impact created within their local communities.

Beyond the working sessions, the meeting also offered valuable moments of conviviality, strengthening the connections between partners and celebrating the strong collaboration built throughout the project.


ORIENTACTION - Orienteering in Cyprus Асоциация за развитие на българския спорт /АРБС/ COCEMFE

From March 19th to 20th, L'ORMA took part in the international training of the Compass Quest project in Riga, Latvia.

The training brought together 8 teachers from across Europe to explore how orienteering and outdoor activities can be used as powerful educational tools.

Dario and Riccardo, two physical education teachers from Italy, joined the experience to deepen their skills and exchange good practices with other professionals.

Participants explored how sport can support not only physical activity, but also transversal skills such as problem-solving, teamwork, and autonomy. The goal is clear: using movement and orientation as a language to foster inclusion, active learning, and personal growth among young people.

This training represents another important step toward empowering educators and creating innovative learning experiences across Europe.

On 11 March, partners from across Europe came together for the official Kick-Off Meeting of the project Mine, Yours, Our Wall – The Wall is Yours: Youth Expression through Participatory Urban Art.

The day started with a productive morning meeting, where partners aligned on the project vision, objectives, and next steps.
This project aims to empower young people (aged 10–18) to transform school walls and public spaces through participatory urban art, fostering active citizenship, inclusion, and a sense of belonging

In the afternoon, partners visited inspiring urban spaces requalified by Innovation Sports Hub (SIS), experiencing first-hand how public spaces can be transformed into meaningful, community-driven environments.

Through co-creation, storytelling, and artistic collaboration, Mine, Yours, Our Wall will turn everyday spaces into platforms for youth voices, identities, and creativity—moving from passive environments to spaces of expression and ownership

A beach or grass volleyball training session, led by real coaches, designed for beginners, for those who want to move without pressure, and for anyone who simply enjoys being outdoors, even in winter.

But it’s not just about sport.
It’s an opportunity to meet new people, feel part of an active community, and share quality time together.

No worries about the cold: hot drinks, thermos on the sidelines, hand warmers and moments of social connection are guaranteed.

The event is inclusive and international: a dedicated coach will support participants who speak English.

Gadgets, free play and a final social moment together will also be part of the day.

Last week we gathered in Athens at the iconic Peace and Friendship Stadium (SEF) for the Final Transnational Project Meeting of the Erasmus+ project 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 (𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗣), hosted by Olympiakos and CJT, on 16–17 January 2026.

This meeting marked the conclusion of a European journey aimed at strengthening the development of handball coaches at European level and fostering the dissemination of handball through shared models and cooperation among different countries.

Together with our partners FIGH - Federazione Italiana Giuoco Handball (Italy), Olympiacos SFP (Greece), European Platform for Sport Innovation (Belgium), Master Group Sport (Italy), Ovidius University of Constanta (Romania) we reflected on the results achieved, the impact created, and the legacy of the project.

And to wrap it up in the best way possible, our hosting partner invited us to experience the incredible atmosphere of an Olympiakos basketball game as spectators 🏀

On 13–14 January 2026, we took part in the Transnational Project Meeting of the Bet On Sport project.

It was a very productive meeting where partners came together to reflect on the results achieved so far and openly discuss how to further strengthen and improve the project. By reviewing each Work Package, we shared insights, aligned perspectives, and planned the next steps together.

We are especially excited about the upcoming activities we can’t wait to share with you, including:
- a new and innovative online training supported by a dedicated e-learning platform for sport professionals
- the piloting of sport-based programmes that will soon be tested on the field
