An article has been published in the German Law Journal, written by Damiano Canale, Giovanni Tuzet and Alessio Sardo, dedicated to a recent decision of the German Constitutional Court: in this decision the judges of Karlsruhe apply for the first time the "scenario analysis" to evaluate whether the environmental policies adopted in Germany are suitable to protect the rights of future generations. A decision that will make history, for sure.
