It’s so sad that we’ve finished the master’s lessons. 🥹🎓 End of an era, but the beginning of a new chapter.
Looking back, it’s amazing how much we’ve learned, grown, and shared throughout this journey. From challenging projects to inspiring discussions, every moment has helped shape us both professionally and personally. ✨
🚀 For one week, we’ll be immersed in a real agency environment, putting everything we’ve learned into practice and experiencing what the industry is really like. We’re looking forward to learning, growing, collaborating, and taking on new challenges together.
Feeling grateful for this experience, proud of how far we’ve come, and excited for what’s next. ❤️🎓✨

As we are reaching the end of our Master, we are getting closer to stepping into the professional world.
Throughout our third module, we had several Career Development sessions where we received very practical and valuable tips on how to improve our CV and present ourselves in the best way.
It was a truly useful experience that helped us understand how much attention to detail, clarity, and personal branding matter when applying for a job.
Now it’s time to put everything into practice✨🤞🏻🍀

🛁💄What makes the iconic Pretty Woman’s bathtub scene interesting is how simple it is: just two people shaping an agreement inside invisible boundaries. That same logic came alive in our negotiation workshop with Professor Martello and his special guest Giovanni Gaiolo, professional from Henkel🏢
Stepping into role-play scenarios made it feel less like a classroom and more like a simulation of real pressure, real stakes, and real decisions. We weren’t just talking about negotiation techniques, we were using them, failing, adjusting, and trying again🏌️⛳️It was fun, yes. But most importantly, it was one of those sessions where learning doesn’t stay theoretical.
You leave with sharper instincts, a bit more confidence, and a clearer sense of how structured negotiation actually works when it’s not just a concept on a slide✨

Four days of full immersion into Netnography with Robert Kozinets, the inventor of the method.
An intensive experience of lectures, discussions and applied research in which we explored the core phases of Netnography: Initiation, Immersion, Interaction and Integration.
During these days, we worked through two tests, a personal immersion journal, two presentations and a final project — combining theory and practice to better understand digital cultures and online communities through qualitative research.
A challenging and inspiring experience that reshaped the way we look at digital experiences and human behavior online✨✨

From classroom to real world 🚀
As we approach the end of our Master’s journey, our classes turned into a window on what’s next 🔭
We had the privilege to learn from professionals who didn’t just share knowledge, but opened windows into reality: from leadership insights with Pascal Houdayer, to international career paths with Chiara Grigolini,
to conversations with L'Oréal managers like Stefano Dell'Oca and Federica Scolaro and inspiring exchanges with Tatiana Sysoeva, a previous Master’s student, who was once exactly where we are now👩🏼💼🧑🏻💼✨
If this journey were a map, these meetings were our compass. They didn’t give us one direction — they showed us many. Now it’s on us to choose: who we want to become, what we stand for, and how we want to leave our mark💋

During our Strategic Planning course, we learned that what truly makes a campaign work isn’t just what you see, but everything behind it: the process, the thinking, the connections.
From analyzing data to turning it into meaning, strategy is what transforms ideas into something real and impactful.
A reminder that great ideas always start with understanding.

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Professor Steve Quigley from Boston University to our master’s program! 🏛️✨
His classes on public relations and corporate communication reminded us that reputation can’t be bought—it has to be earned. As he taught us, it’s not just about telling a better story, but about creating a better story through our actions and bridging the gap between who we are and how others see us. 🌳
Which of these three lessons resonated with you the most? Let us know in the comments! 👇

A normal day at the university looks different for each of us. Some of us come from Milan, others travel from outside the city, with different routes, routines, and rhythms. 🚀
What we all have in common is meeting here ✨— the same classrooms, the same lessons, the same discussions that shape the way we think... After 2 pm, the pace changes... team meetings, group projects, studying, exchanging ideas, or simply taking a moment to slow down and recharge. 🔋
Different journeys, shared goals. 🤝
