The Master's course in Food Design and Innovation for the academic year 2021-2022, created in collaboration with Iulm Università, has come to an end.

As a result of this course, they have become professionals of the food and design industry and of all related sectors, from marketing to communication, while also developing the sensitivity and ability to manage project methods.

We want to say thank you to Vincenzo Russo, the Master's Scientific Director for participating in the Closing Ceremony and also for the encouraging words he used during his talk.

Our Story

The one-year Food Design Master’s Degree concentrates on the food supply chain, as well as an extensive range of platforms within the food industry. Combining marketing management and communication skills with design innovation, the program’s education model engages with design sensibility and methodology for food packaging, tourism, nutrition, agriculture, retail, restaurants, science, objects and experiences. It also examines the food culture and systems of Italy and in particular Milan, the host of one of the largest food events in world history, Expo Milano 2015, an emerging city of food.
