A restaurant can be much more than just a place to eat 🍽️ It can become an ecological community where tradition and innovation coexist side by side, in the dishes, the processes, the people and the strategy. Our visit to was a comprehensive insight into an establishment that has evolved, extending its reach far beyond the kitchen.

Our students explored every area of the estate and observed the work behind culinary excellence up close: food, beverages, events, catering, as well as collaboration and communication.

This phrase perfectly captures what we witnessed: excellence does not happen by chance, but through the ability to transform a vision into a project that grows and evolves while continuing to make its mark.
