The construction sector is expected to create 100 million jobs by the end of the decade, and the share of the skilled workforce is expected to rise from 9.7 per cent in 2023 to 10.5 per cent by 2030. Construction firms are expected to add jobs for 10.5 million skilled workers, nearly 80 million semi-skilled workers.

Vastukul is offering 6 month leadership program for young professionals from the field of Architecture and civil engineering who are willing to live and work alongside some remote areas within communities to develop their skills and help the youth empower in the construction industry.
