Just one week ago we were ending the first year with a beautiful class. Students with such a passion for what they are learning and ready to put themselves on the line. And the magic of a body working releasing so much tension and old pain, creating the shape of a heart
of sweat. This is what gives to me a sense of meaning in life 💕💕.
