My dear ladies!
Today some warming up and mobility inspiration before improvising at the barre.
A thought I wanted to share with you: Sometimes the voice of self-criticism about our bodies takes over and let’s be honest, that happens to all of us.
Let’s be grateful instead for all the emotions it permits us to live while dancing.
So ladies: cherish your body, love your legs!
