Mio figlio continua a fare domande.
“My child keeps asking questions.
I answer all of them… but it never stops.”
And at some point, it becomes frustrating.
Because you’re trying.
You’re answering.
You’re there.
And still…
it’s like nothing lands.
What I often see in these moments is:
it’s not really about the questions.
It’s the pace.
The urgency.
The feeling underneath.
A child almost out of breath…
trying to reach you.
And when that doesn’t quite land—
they keep going.
More questions.
More intensity.
Not for more answers.
For you.
So if you find yourself caught in this loop—
pause.
Not to say more.
But to check:
am I actually here… or just responding?
This is the work I do with parents—
finding a way out of the pattern
and back into real connection.
If this feels familiar, you can reach out.

Most of us try to change our parenting at the level of behaviour.
But real change starts before the behaviour.
In that tiny space between trigger and reaction.
That’s where your body speaks first.
And if you learn to listen to it, even for 10 seconds,
you create a completely different outcome.
Not perfect.
But more conscious. More connected.

There was a moment in the tent I keep coming back to.
A girl, maybe 12, who holds so much at home…
slowly softening into her mother’s arms.
No fixing.
No talking it through.
Just being held.
And nearby, another mother and daughter
lying side by side,
looking into each other’s eyes,
speaking through small puppets in their hands.
So simple.
Almost nothing happening.
And yet… everything was there.
Space.
Time.
Softness.
It made me realise how rare this is,
a place where no one has to be “on,”
or strong, or rushing to the next thing.
Just together.
This is what happens in these workshops.
Not something I teach
but something that becomes possible
when there is enough safety to slow down.
When there’s no pressure or expectations.
Children don’t need to be told how to play or express.
And when adults meet them there,
something shifts for everyone.
This is a small glimpse into that space.
More workshops will be opening soon.
If you feel called to experience this with your child, you’re very welcome to reach out.

There was a moment in my life where my work stopped being “safe”.
It became real.
I was in Romania, volunteering with
As clowns, we travelled to mental health hospitals, orphanages, foster care homes…
working with children in very vulnerable environments.
And what struck me wasn’t what we were “doing”.
It was what happened when we were simply there.
The clown gave us permission
to drop everything else.
To be fully present.
To meet the child in front of us.
To bring a bit of magic… and something unexpected.
And that changed everything.
Through play.
Through presence.
Through something a little wild.
You could feel the shift immediately.
A child who was withdrawn—opening.
A room that felt heavy—becoming lighter.
Connection… without needing to be explained.
It wasn’t always comfortable.
We had to step out of our own comfort
again and again.
To drop the roles.
The control.
the idea of “doing it right”.
And meet each moment as it was.
And that stayed with me.
Because it made something very clear:
real transformation doesn’t come from saying the right things.
It comes from how we show up.
From the body.
From presence.
From the space we create with another human being.
That’s what I bring into my work today—
supported by therapeutic yoga, relational neuroscience, nonviolent communication, trauma-informed approaches…
but always rooted in the same question:
what actually reaches someone?
This is the space I now work in with parents and children.
Not just understanding patterns—
but shifting what happens in the moment between you.
And it often looks much more simple…
and much more human… than we expect.
Has your child ever said “I’m bored” — even though they’re surrounded by toys?
Most of the time, it’s not boredom.
It’s overwhelm.
I’m Francesca Camozzi — a Transformational Parent Coach supporting international families in creating calmer homes and deeper relationships through presence, play and somatic regulation. This is something parents tell me all the time in my sessions:
“My child says they’re bored, but the house is full of toys… I don’t understand.”
And yet, when everything around them screams for attention, a young nervous system can’t settle — it shuts down.
It’s not misbehaviour. It’s dysregulation.
One of the first things I usually invite parents to do is not to add, but to **remove.
To create space.
To simplify.
And they’re often surprised — even skeptical.
But very quickly, they start noticing the shift:
“My child is calmer.”
“They play longer.”
“They don’t get frustrated as fast.”
“My home feels different.”
Research and experience both show that children play longer, with more creativity and deeper focus, when fewer toys are available at once.
A simpler environment supports regulation, presence, and genuine connection.
This is why I’ve partnered with , a circular toy-rental service helping families reduce clutter, rotate toys with intention, and offer the right stimulation at the right time. Their model supports calmer homes, less overwhelm, and more meaningful play.
🌍 In honour of , we are offering:
💛 A free 30-minute 1:1 session to help you:
• create more physical and emotional space at home
• regulate your nervous system to support your child’s calm
• reconnect through presence, play and awareness
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about slowing down, feeling, and rebuilding connection — one breath at a time.
Small shifts in space, rhythm and awareness can transform your home.

🌸 ENG | The bridge between your inner child and your child
When I work with parents, I don’t just focus on their relationship with their child —
but also with the little one that still lives inside of them.
So often, our reactions as adults are echoes of that inner child still asking to be seen, heard, and loved.
✨ True presence with our children begins when we reconnect with that part of us —
the curious, tender, and alive one.
That’s why I’ve co-created a special Inner Child Workshop with .bernabucci—
a space for women and mothers to listen, express, and reconnect with their inner child through movement, creativity, and connection.
💗 When your inner child feels safe, you do too.

Our inner state is the first language children learn.
When we slow down, observe, and breathe, our nervous system regulates — and theirs follows.
For me, it’s nature that reminds me to return to my own rhythm, to feel my body and let it lead.
And you?
What helps you find presence and calm in your daily life with your children?
💬 Tell me in the comments.

✨ Less chaos. More connection.
Play and space aren't just “kid stuff.”
They're tools — for regulation, for healing, for coming back to one another.
I’ve seen this transformation again and again:
In disregulated children, in overwhelmed parents, and in myself.
Not through “perfect” parenting…
But through presence. Through breath. Through the body.
Your nervous system is their anchor.
That’s where it begins.
If you’re feeling the urge to shift…
toward a simpler, calmer, more connected way —
I’ve written about it.

💬 Comment “CALM” on this post
and I’ll send you my article on how to transform calm into connection,
through play, presence, and a new rhythm that honors you both.
You are not alone in this journey.
